I placed an order for some soap on 7/16/20. I haven’t gotten an email about shipment yet, so I’m assuming my order has not been shipped yet. I am about to move to a new location, so I was wondering if I could reroute the order. I checked out as a guest so I can’t use a website account to change the shipping address.
